Welcome to Signate Strategic, Founded by Warren McGalliard in 2004 as JWM Tactical Training and Protection Services.  Since inception we’ve been a full service Private Investigation, Security Firm, and Training Academy. Mr. McGalliard has served as a Texas Peace Officer for over 23 years as an Investigator, Firearms Trainer, Field Training Officer, Lieutenant and Captain.  Mr. McGalliard has also worked in the private sector for several Fortune 25 oil and gas companies.  Those roles have included Security Advisor, Security Lead, and Security Operations Supervisor
